SCHOOL OF ART STUDENT EXHIBITION 2017 | 6th-9th June
16 students completing their Certificate in Foundation Studies or Foundation Degree in Art & Design are exhibiting their work in a week-long exhibition hosted in The School of Art.
The Preview evening takes place on Tuesday 6 June, 6-8pm and all are invited, with daily viewing to the public from Wednesday 7 June – Friday 9 June, 9am-4.30pm.
Our highly successful one-year foundation course prepares students to study Art & Design at degree level and beyond. Students gain a wide variety of skills in many different areas of Art & Design, including painting, drawing, illustration, textiles, fashion, print, photography, sculpture and more. The course, which is approved by Plymouth University, is staffed by professional, practicing artists and designers. Many students progress onto BA Honours degree courses at UK Universities including Brighton, Sheffield, Bournemouth and Lancashire.
There may be an option for the public to purchase student work, however the work cannot be taken from the premises until the internal verification process is complete.
