Who is this course for?
These qualifications are are designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver the aims and objectives in line with the organisational strategy
What are the entry requirements for the course?

How long is this course?
Delivery is through daytime workshops (from 9:00am to 5:00pm)

Attendance is compulsory at all workshops. This is a face to face programme and we do not provide online sessions.

What Qualification will I gain?
CMI Level 5 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership
How is the course assessed?
To successfully complete the programme, delegates must attend the sessions and complete and pass a written assignment for each module.
What does this course lead on to?
On completion of the qualification, delegates can progress on to CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership and Chartered Manager status.
