Who is this course for?
Our Change Management qualifications are designed to help organisations and their people manage the impact of change. The underlying guidance and supporting training courses are designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, theories and techniques to effectively plan and implement successful change initiatives.
Change Management qualifications are aimed at all individuals involved in organisational change, including current and aspiring managers and others involved in the design, development and delivery of change programmes and initiatives.

A good level of English is required for this online study programme.
How long is this course?
The course is delivered virtually by our accredited trainer from the 8th January – 24th January 2025 via Microsoft Teams with face-to-face exams at Highlands College.

What will I study on this course?
This course explores how change affect, and is affected by, individuals, teams, organisations and change leaders, helping those responsible for change initiatives to:
- Unlock resistance to change and provide effective support and motivation to individuals and teams.
- Manage and inform key stakeholders throughout the change process
- Speed up the implementation of change initiatives
- Draw from a range of professional approaches to implement change smoothly and effectively

Change Management – Foundation & Practitioner certified by APMG International

How is the course assessed?
Exam based as follows:
- Foundation: 40 minutes, closed book, 50 multiple-choice questions.
- Practitioner: 2½ hours, open book, four scenario-based objective questions. Foundation pass pre-requisite
What does this course lead on to?
CMI Level 5 or 7 Qualifications.
