By the end of this ten-week course, students will have basic confidence in the fundamental skills relevant to painting and decorating. Students will use hands-on procedures to apply what they have learned. Over the course of ten weeks, students will learn the methods and materials of painting and decorating including primers, base coats, filling procedures, surface preparation, paint application, topcoats, brush and roller methods, and broken colour effects.
