Who is this course for?
This 10 week taster course will give you the opportunity to gain an insight into the factors that affect health and social care. An understanding of local service provision may help you to decide if a career in this field is for you. You will be taught by professional health and care practitioners from a range of backgrounds and experience.
What are the entry requirements for the course?
A genuine interest in finding out the basic essentials of community based care.
Minimum age of 18 years.

This is a 10 week part-time course during the evening.

What Qualification will I gain?
College Certificate on completion of the course, with 100% attendance.
This is not a formal qualification.
How is the course assessed?
There is no formal assessment. A certificate will be given if attendance is 100%.
