Password reset
If you have forgotten your password for your account and are outside of the college, you can use the
Self Service Password Reset Page
or contact your tutor who can reset it for you remotely.
If you cannot contact the tutor you will need to pop in and see the IT Helpdesk which is next to Reception / Information Centre with your ID.
Please note IT cannot reset your password over the phone due to the fact that we cannot verify who you are – this is why we ask you to contact your tutor who can, or pop in and see us with ID.
